EPEC Certification Transfer for BCCEs
Evolution Perinatal Education Collaborative is proud to welcome current BCCEs with a transfer of certification to EPEC-Certified Childbirth Educator (ECCE). This is a limited time offer for 2025 only, and applies solely to those who earned or renewed BCCE no earlier than 2023. A transfer will certify you for 12 months, at which time you will be required to recertify to remain current.
Recertification through EPEC
Evolution Perinatal Education Collaborative Certified Childbirth Educator (ECCE) is valid for 2 years from achievement date if certifying for the first time, or from renewal date when recertifying, at a cost of $75/year. We feel that this time period keeps our educators connected to our mission of collaboration, and continual improvement of curriculum and delivery.​

75$Every yearThis is for those needing to recertify, within 12 months of a current certification (EPEC or BACE) due for renewal. Those expired more than 12 months: contact Shari by email for extension.Valid for 2 years- This fee will be donated to the EPEC Equity Scholarship Fund

Let's discuss! Over the years, many people have approached me to help with curriculum development and other support, after training but not certifying with other organizations.
Certification with EPEC would rely on how long ago you took your training, and what kind of materials you are using.
There are three scenarios:

In many cases, I can use 1:1 mentoring hours to support you to certification. Mentoring meetings = $100/hour, typically between 5 and 10 needed

I am working on a cohort series that will allow for folks who took my training in the past 2 years, to work together toward certification in a small group setting
